Exclusive Sundance® Spas dealer
Sundance hot tubs from the shop that also fixes them.
Five series, one counter on 12th Ave South in Onalaska. Joe and Holly sell the tub, deliver it, set it up, stock the cover, and answer the phone when it needs attention.
One name on the floor, and a family behind the counter
Quality Pool & Spa is the exclusive dealer of Sundance Spas for the Greater La Crosse area. That means the Claremont at the top of the line and the Splash Berkeley at the start of it are sold through the same counter, by the same two people, next to Sam's Club on 12th Ave South in Onalaska.
Sundance says it has set the standard for luxury and relaxation for over 35 years. What you will notice in the tub itself is the list Sundance publishes: multi-functional jets, Bluetooth connectivity, comfortable seating, and an ultra-violet light for water purification. We would rather you sit in one than read about it, so come in and ask which models are on the floor this week.
Brooke V. wrote it plainly on our site: “We bought a hot tub about 8 years ago. We saved a ton of money buying a Sundance hot tub as compared to other brands locally ... We never had an issue with our hot tub and look at it as one of the best purchases that we have made!”

Choosing a series by what you can spend
The line climbs in five steps: Splash, then the 680, 780, 880 and 980 series. We do not print prices on this page because the right tub is the one that fits your yard, your household and your budget together, and that is a conversation, not a table.
Kelly M. came to us after her previous tub froze over a Wisconsin winter. Her words: “Quality Pool was right on top of things to help us find the right hottub after our previous one froze last winter. They helped us pick one in our budget, and delivered and set up was awesome.” That is the job. Tell Holly what you want to spend and what you want from the tub, and she will point you to the models that fit.
Lisa Biondo put the same idea another way in her Google review: “Despite our many questions, I have never felt any sales pressure for repairs or new purchases. It is clear that your team genuinely wants us to have the knowledge necessary to make the best decisions for ourselves and enjoy our spa to the fullest.”
Delivery, set up, the cover, and the call after
A tub is only good once it is level, wired, filled and running, so delivery and set up are part of how we sell it. After the sale, the shop keeps covers in stock tailored for Sundance Spas, and the line we use for them is simple: hot tub covers available for pick up today. Ask at the counter and bring your model name.
When something goes wrong, Joe handles the service side: equipment repair and replacement, leak detection and repair, and plumbing repair. Bill Doolan's tub would not hold its heat past 72. His account: “Showed up and within an hour he trouble shot the tub -- fix it and was done ASAP. Well trained tech mechanic - polite and cleaned his area.”
Mark Pieplow bought his tub from Holly and Joe in Three Lakes and says the after-purchase service is still wonderful from four hours away. Water care is part of it too: bring a sample to the counter and we will read it with you.
